INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES POLICIES

CANCELATION POLICY 

When engaging in investigative services with our private detective agency we provide our clients with time sensitive information, our investigation time, confidential information, professional opinions, observations, and investigative research. We take most if not all assignments on a case-by-case basis, all cases scheduled means those particular hours, day or days, are booked exclusively for you and any additional requests for services by other potential clients are denied on those scheduled days. Once retainer has been received and the case has been scheduled or initiated there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged toward any retainer received, if the client cancels the scheduled service for any reason. There will be NO refund after we receive your service request and paid retainer if cancelation of services is requested after 30 days of receiving the retainer, however you will always have credit based upon your paid retainer for any future services. ALL investigative services must be prepaid before we commence services. We accept all major credit cards, VENMO, PAYPAL, and Cash App. When conducting financial Asset Investigations, we contract with financial and marketing firms that we obtain the information from so we need to pay them ahead of time for their contract services. Those fees are added into the investigation retainer of the Financial Asset Investigations. When you hire Michael Hebert Investigations you are agreeing to our terms entirely.
