About Michael Hebert

Louisiana Private Investigator Michael Hebert has been in the Private Investigative industry since 1994. Prior to starting his Investigative career, Michael Hebert served his country while in the United States Air Force as a Law Enforcement/Security Specialist. While serving in the military Michael Hebert was deployed in support of Operation Desert Shield/Storm in Saudi Arabia. Michael Hebert provided security support for US Presidents, Vice Presidents, US Secretary of State, Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff, Theater Commanders, US Senators, Congressmen, Foreign Leaders and Dignitaries. Michael Hebert was honorable discharged and received the Air Force Commendation Medal. 

Back in civilian life Michael Hebert was employed by the Louisiana State Police Headquarters as a Fingerprint Specialist. Michael Hebert then attended the Louisiana State University Police Academy, graduating in the top of his class, and was hired by the Louisiana State University Police Department. While with the department, Michael Hebert was assigned to a special dignitary security event providing security for former US Presidents and CEOs of major US Corporations. 

In 1994 Michael Hebert started his Private Investigative career with a National Investigative Agency. While with this firm Michael worked full-time and gained experience in surveillance and special investigations, which consisted of major accidents, oilfield accidents, death investigations and environmental investigations. Michael Hebert was quickly advanced to State Manager of Mississippi, and Regional Case Manager for several states in the Eastern United States. Michael Hebert also held the position of Company Training Officer. 

Michael Hebert held investigative licenses in seven states and worked cases in major metropolitan areas such as Los Angeles, San Diego, Sacramento, Dallas, Houston, New Orleans, Memphis, Little Rock, Atlanta, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Miami. Michael Hebert has also worked assignments in Mexico and the Caribbean. Michael Hebert has testified on behalf of his client's in Federal, Circuit, and Districts court's in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Texas, and California. Michael Hebert has conducted thousands of hours of surveillance for major corporations, insurance companies, and governmental agencies. 

In 2000 Michael Hebert formed R.E.I. Investigations in Lafayette, Louisiana and has provided Domestic related investigations throughout the state of Louisiana. Clients have included celebrities in sports, entertainment, and governmental officials. In 2009 R.E.I. Investigations formed Michael Hebert Investigations and by 2010, began solely operating under that name.
